I don’t think that I’m the most popular guy on LinkedIn. Not a power influencer etc. But, recently managed to achieve 10k+ views on LinkedIn in 24 hours consistently.
I follow this framework, which is what Nathan Baschez coins at STIR.

It works like magic.
I was speaking to Prof Jorg recently who came to Kinobi Singapore’s office. He said that the best writing and content marketing comes from those that are wildly controversial.
And when considering how it ties in with branding etc., indeed.. You need not have to be controversial, but to state something surprising, or ironic of human behaviour.
Another example is Quora. The most liked Quora articles that go to 100k+ upvotes are those that show human irony and contrast. Like how decadent the rich lives to waste food, and how the poor does not have water to drink. Such contrast side-by-side makes viewers go, YES! I feel for this.
The STIR framework is not just for writing. It applies to all sort of content marketing. It makes what you’re putting out there REMARKABLE.
We all have such a short life. Let’s make all the shots we have remarkable. I’m glad I get to work everyday on something I love and am creating impact on at Kinobi.
Till next time folks. Toodles 😊
